How to find saved passwords on your Mac
Find, change, or delete saved passwords on your Mac, and keep your passwords updated across all of your devices.
View saved passwords in System Preferences in macOS Monterey or later
- Choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
- Click Passwords. Don't see Passwords in System Preferences?
- Sign in with Touch ID, or enter your user account password. You can also authenticate your password with your Apple Watch running watchOS 6 or later.
- Select a website, then click Edit.
- To delete a password, click Delete Password. To update a password, change the password and then click Save.

- Open Safari.
- From the Safari menu, choose Preferences, then click Passwords.

- Select a website, then click Edit.

You can also use Siri to view your passwords by saying something like "Hey Siri, show my passwords."
