I ordered a dried Sea Fan off eBay for my DSH tank. Question is... how do I clean/ sanitize it before putting it in my tank? It's so fragile I know boiling is out of the question.

You could rinse it with a vinegar/water solution and let it air dry..

Do sea fans have skeletons? Make sure there is no organic substances on it before putting it in.

Maybe try some bleach or hydor Magi-klean.

If you bleach it, you will have to decholorinate it also. I would suggest testing a part of it with hydrogen peroxide and see how it reacts to that. If it is ok, that is what I would use to clean it. You don't have to worry about the hydrogen peroxide. Just rinse it in ro/di water after you clean it.
